In our general corporate practice, our clients consist of small and medium privately held businesses and nonprofit organizations.  Representative clients include franchise owners, dentists, doctors and other service professionals, manufacturers, developers and retail store owners.  In our estate planning and probate practice, our clients consist of individuals who require assistance with wills, trusts, powers of attorney and estate administration.
